Delivery, Cancellation & Refund

Operating Days

We are operating from Mondays till Saturdays including public holidays. For any exceptional days that we are close, we will notify on our website and social media.

Pick-Up Orders

We are operating from Ara Damansara area. If you prefer to pick up your orders, you may do so at the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 12 noon

Pickup Location: K-G-18 & K-1-18, Block K, Jalan PJU 1A/1, Taipan 2, Ara Damansara
47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

 

Please select “Self-Pickup” option upon checkout and WhatsApp to +6018 364 3032 to arrange for your pickup day and time along with your order number.

Deliveries

We use reliable delivery partner – MrSpeedy for deliveries within Klang Valley. All orders will be delivered within 1 – 2 days from date of orders received.

Deliveries arrangements are only made using our operating days from Monday – Saturdays. You will be notified of the delivery date and time. If there is a failed attempt, additional charges will occur for the next delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our officers inspect all items before packing for delivery to ensure our quality of our goods. However, damages may happen during the delivery process. If damages are found, you may return the product to get an exchange within five (5) days. Additional cost of the delivery for the returned & exchanged product may be incurred.

Products returned must be in the same condition that you receive it and in its original packaging. Please write to online@mawaiorganics.com first before you return the products. Products returned without our acknowledgment will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items when you receive them. If there are any damages to your goods, please write to us at online@mawaiorganics.com immediately with photos so that we can evaluate better.

What constitutes as damage include:

  • Packaging is open
  • Completely thawed and soft for frozen products
  • Colour turning grey
  • It has passed its expiry date
  • There are mold on the products
  • There is a visible slime on non-frozen products

Cancellation

Because we operate on a 1 – 2 day delivery, please write to online@mawaiorganics.com on the same day of your orders. Refunds will be accommodated for successful cancellations.
