Established in 2017, Mawai Organics was founded on a simple idea of bringing wholesome food to families. The company was involved in many areas in the food supply chain from managing our very own free-range chicken, fruit and vegetable farms, to distribution and wholesale. These valuable experiences have led us to learn where our everyday food comes from and how they are processed for the purpose of supplying healthier food alternatives.
Today, we’re bridging the gap between honest farmers and consumers by making home deliveries available for wholesome and healthy food choices.
Mawai now supplies healthy food products to retailers like Hero Market, Cold Storage, Mercato, The Store, NGO Grocer, Mahsa Grocer and many community organic shops.

Founder & Managing Partner
Fondly known as “Uncle Ben” among his friends and peers, Ben is a Johorian with a zeal for outdoor hobbies. In his early years, Ben would have been often found climbing trees to pluck fruits or chasing chickens to be cooked for dinners. That was what early years were for him, eating fresh and nutritious food at home.
This kindled a passion for food trading and farming which started him on an entrepreneurship journey dabbling in trading coffee trading, supplying fresh vegetable to wet markets, farming chickens and vegetables, and most recently distributing frozen food. With 28 years under his belt, today Ben is on a mission to supply nutritious and convenient food to households at affordable prices.
